These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the booking, purchase and participation in tourist services offered to participants of the EVECC 2027 Congress and accompanying persons.
The provider of the services is Jacek Legendziewicz Jordan Group, with its registered office at ul. Gęsia 8, 31-535 Kraków, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The current offer of tours and other services, including prices, dates, start times, meeting points and other information relating to individual services, is available on the EVECC 2027 tourist programme website.
By making a booking, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms applicable to the selected service.
Services may be booked through the booking system available on the website, unless a different booking method is specified in the description of a particular service.
A booking is confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed and the required payment has been made, unless otherwise stated in the description of the relevant service.
Following the booking, the Customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during the booking process.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) per person, unless otherwise stated in the description of the relevant service.
Certain services, particularly tours requiring admission tickets or services provided by third parties, may be subject to availability.
The Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour and the Private Hop On Hop Off Bus service are available on request only. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or booking confirmation.
Upon receiving an enquiry, the Service Provider will check availability and provide the Customer with the price and detailed conditions of the service. The booking is confirmed only after the Customer has accepted the proposed conditions and made the required payment.
If the requested service is unavailable, the Service Provider may propose an alternative date or alternative arrangement.
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for a participant’s late arrival or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time.
The tour may begin according to schedule without waiting for late participants.
Participants are responsible for checking the meeting point, start time and organisational information provided in the booking confirmation.
Participants must follow the instructions of the guide, tour leader, driver and other representatives of the Service Provider, particularly with regard to safety.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse participation or remove from a tour any person whose behaviour poses a risk to their own safety, the safety of other participants, staff or property, or who significantly disrupts the proper conduct of the tour. In such cases, the participant shall not be entitled to a refund.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make justified changes to the programme, route, order of visits, meeting point or means of transport where such changes are necessary due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Such circumstances may include, in particular, traffic disruptions, road closures, weather conditions, changes to the opening hours of visited sites, decisions by public authorities, city events, demonstrations and other circumstances affecting the safe or proper provision of the service.
Where a significant change is necessary, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
If a service is cancelled by the Service Provider, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer is informed of the cancellation.
Where possible, the Service Provider may offer the Customer an alternative service. Acceptance of such an alternative is subject to the Customer’s consent.
The cancellation conditions set out in this Section apply to tours and other tourist services, excluding transportation services. Transportation services, including airport and railway station transfers, are subject exclusively to the cancellation conditions set out in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless a tour or other tourist service is subject to specific cancellation conditions set out below, the following refund policy shall apply:
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted electronically to the email address provided by the Service Provider.
The Food Tour, Wine Tour and Vistula Cruise are non-refundable services. Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation of participation in these services does not entitle the Customer to a refund.
The Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour is available on request. Once availability has been confirmed, the applicable conditions have been accepted and payment has been made, the booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation conditions for the Private Hop On Hop Off Bus service are specified individually in the offer provided to the Customer before the booking is made.
Transportation services are not subject to the cancellation rules specified in this Section. The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to transportation services are set out separately in Section 7.
Information regarding the non-refundable nature of a service or any specific cancellation conditions will be provided to the Customer before the booking and payment are completed.
Pursuant to Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason in respect of services covered by that provision where the contract specifies a particular date or period for the provision of the service. This provision does not affect the cancellation and refund rules established by the Service Provider in these Terms and Conditions.
Certain tours may include services provided by third parties, including museums, tourist attractions, cruise operators, restaurants and other service providers.
Participation in such services may be subject to opening hours, terms and conditions, safety rules and availability requirements established by the relevant service provider.
Where the provision of a service depends on the availability of admission tickets or other third-party services, the booking may require additional confirmation by the Service Provider.
Participants are required to comply with the rules and regulations applicable at the sites and attractions visited.
Airport and railway station transfers may be booked and paid for directly through the booking system, subject to the availability of the Service Provider’s fleet.
Other transportation services, including private group transportation, vehicle hire with a driver and transfers on other routes, are provided on request. Submitting a request does not constitute confirmation of a booking. The price and conditions of the service are determined individually.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information concerning the transfer, including the pick-up time and location, destination, number of passengers, luggage and flight or train number, where applicable.
The vehicle is selected by the Service Provider according to the number of passengers, amount of luggage and fleet availability.
If the service is cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled transfer date, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled transfer date, no refund will be provided.
Failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location and time will be treated as a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the service price, with no right to a refund.
Participants are responsible for assessing whether the selected tour is suitable for their health condition and physical abilities.
Information regarding the difficulty of the route, the number of stairs, uneven terrain or other relevant limitations is provided in the description of each tour.
Persons with specific mobility requirements should contact the Service Provider before making a booking in order to verify whether participation in the selected service is possible.
For tours that include tastings or meals, participants should inform the Service Provider of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements when making the booking.
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that all dietary needs can be met or that the risk of contact with allergens can be completely eliminated.
Hop On Hop Off buses are not adapted for the transportation of wheelchair users.
Complaints concerning the provision of services should be submitted electronically to the Service Provider at the email address provided on the EVECC 2027 tourist programme website.
A complaint should include:
The Service Provider will consider a properly submitted complaint and provide a response within 14 days of receipt. If the Service Provider fails to respond to a consumer’s complaint within this period, the complaint shall be deemed accepted.
The controller of the personal data of Customers and Participants is Jacek Legendziewicz Jordan Group, with its registered office at ul. Gęsia 8, 31-535 Kraków, Poland.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of handling bookings, entering into and performing contracts, and providing the ordered services, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
Detailed information concerning the processing of personal data, including data retention periods, recipients of the data and the rights of data subjects, is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Service Provider’s website.

Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments shall not affect the rights of Customers arising from bookings made before the amendments enter into force.
